Bitcoin-Minded Intl. is a Bitcoin education company registered in Wyoming, United States. We believe in minimal data collection and personal privacy. We collect only what we need to operate the service — nothing more.

Email address. When you enroll in a course, request free lessons, or contact us, we collect your email address. We use it to provide course access and send course-related communications.

Payment information. Credit card payments are processed by Square. We do not store your card number or payment details — Square handles that entirely. We receive only confirmation that payment was made.

Bitcoin payments. When you pay in bitcoin, we collect only your email address for course access. No name, no address, no payment details. If privacy matters to you, paying in bitcoin is the most private way to enroll.

Platform data. This site runs on Kajabi. Like all web platforms, Kajabi automatically collects standard technical data when you visit — pages viewed, general location, device type, browser, and referral source. We use this to understand how the site is performing. We do not use it to identify you individually.

Square and Kajabi each collect certain information as part of operating their platforms. We minimize what we share with them to only what is necessary for the service to function. Neither is authorized to use your information for their own marketing purposes on our behalf.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it or share it beyond the processors described above.

Kajabi uses cookies to keep you logged in and to measure site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features — including staying logged in to your course — may not work correctly if you do. A privacy-respecting browser with standard settings will work without issue.

We will send you course materials, lesson updates, and occasional relevant information about Bitcoin-Minded Intl. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Transactional emails related to your account and course access are not subject to unsubscribe.

We retain your email address and course enrollment records for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

All users. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@bitcoin-minded.com.

EU and UK residents. You have rights under GDPR including the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@bitcoin-minded.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California residents. The CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. For any other requests, contact support@bitcoin-minded.com.

Our courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have done so inadvertently, we will delete it promptly.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
