Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all courses. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your enrollment date, contact us and we will issue a full refund.
How to request a refund. Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We will confirm your request and process the refund promptly. We may send you an optional short feedback form β completing it is not required to receive your refund, but we appreciate it.
Credit and debit card refunds. Returned to the original card. Timing is determined by your card issuer.
Bitcoin (on-chain) refunds. Returned in bitcoin to the originating address, in the same quantity originally received minus the network transaction fee to send it back. To verify that you control the originating address, we will ask you to either sign a message using that address or send a small test transaction from it. If you are unable to do either β for example, because you paid from an exchange β contact us and we will work out an alternative.
Most Bitcoin wallets (Sparrow, Electrum, hardware wallets, etc.) can sign a message from any address they control. You'll find this feature under Settings or Advanced in your wallet.
Bitcoin (Lightning) refunds. Returned in bitcoin via a Lightning invoice you provide from the email address on your account. Generate an invoice for the original payment amount in your Lightning wallet and include it in your refund request.
Payments made from a USD balance (Strike, CashApp, etc.). If you paid using a USD balance on a third-party app rather than a self-custodied Bitcoin wallet, your refund will be issued in USD via an agreed method. Let us know how you paid when you contact us.
ACH refunds. Returned to the originating bank account.
